Which silver rate should a Bengaluru shop quote sit next to?
The retail rate, at the same weight. It already includes a typical margin. If the shop gives you a wholesale number, look at the market card instead. Say which one you are holding.
Why might the shop’s gram not match the rounded card?
The market rate per gram is rounded to the nearest rupee. A shop quoting paise, or quoting a kilogram, can look different for that reason alone. Use the kilogram line for a kilo.
What is a tola in grams on this page?
One tola is 11.66 grams. Bengaluru shops that still say tola should be asked for the gram weight too, so you can match the bill to the table.
Is there a Bengaluru petrol price here?
No. We publish petrol and diesel for Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai only. Bengaluru fuel is not on this page, and it is not hidden inside the silver rate.
